Default Sleeping on side, causes shoulder pain day after

Does anyone experience this, if you sleep on your side on your shoulders do you have a shoulder / pec minor pain for the rest of that day?

Unfortunately, yes. Can relate fully. I contort pillows like Legos to try and find ways I can keep symptoms at bay. Haven't found the solution... yet. I have the worst luck sleeping on my back. Very uncomfortable for me.
