I'm automatically stressed, my mind can't quiet. Am i alone ?

i feel like im going to faint a lot more with the heat. i dont know about my mind tho. you might want to get your cortisol checked. my morning cortisol was out range high because i slept so terribly.

Not even close to being alone. A lot of people have problems with that.
I'm good now, but I had trouble with "automatic stress" and racing thoughts when I was younger. What worked for me was getting books on anxiety and stress, and truly studying them, practicing whatever exercises they offered and incorporating what I learned into my life. This really worked. You can do the same. |

I hadn't noticed the subject of your message "When the weather is hot..." until now.
I can't say my stress was directly related to hot weather, but when I was chronically stressed before, being hot for any reason would exacerbate it by a degree. In any case, I think you should be pursuing anti-anxiety methods. |
