I'm thinking of buying one of these, but I want to fix my TOS, not simply "mask the pain". Anyone know if this would solve problems long term? If it relaxes muscles, I'd put it on the pectoral or scalene where the nerves/arteries are likely being pinched. |

The link is not working for me anymore......
I had a TENS , then my chiro had an IFc stim, it was soo much nicer.. I bought mime off Amazon, I think under 70.00 at the time, still works great... I’ve had it for about 10 yrs I think & used it quite a bit early on..occasionally now as needed for neck or low back pain.. The IFc is a much better device for healing and pain reduction and can treat deeper into the tissues. With much less of the tingly/stinging that TENS gives. I did have a very good chiropractor & expert PT to get to the self care stage that I am at..Some aspects of TOS need pros to help you first, depending on causes & factors involved.. Like trigger point work, muscle spasms, top rib mobilisations, forward head/shoulder postures.....you can use our site search to find info on any of those topics or any other that you have.. A TENS or IFc will not fix it alone..you need all the above checked , as well as various self care things , as well a limiting any aggravating factors until you get pain & symptoms under control..
