well it's either cutting out the wheat or the new meter, now my fasting numbers are generally 10 pts lower, in the 80s. thanks for reccing the mini

i also read wheat promotes inflammation so im going to be more paranoid about that from now on

Gluten intolerance (from wheat and some other grains) is showing up more commonly now and getting alot of attention.

If one goes gluten free for a while and feels better, that is a clear sign to avoid gluten in the diet.
