Default Article: Take good stance on performance, posture

Article is "Take good stance on performance, posture"
by Kerry Sencha

It's pretty basic, but a good reminder of the importance of posture: "When the shoulders are rounded forward, this puts the person at risk for thoracic outlet syndrome."
