my neck pain is making me so dizzy i feel like im going to vomit. i can't think straight, i absolutely hate it.

I also have dizziness associated with neck problems. And yeah, it totally sucks.

I have gotten relief using a sequence like: the Carex Bed Buddy heat pack around the neck, then neck stretches, then first rib adjustment, and maybe some static back or corpse pose afterwords.

Do you have a sequence of self therapy that you're trying? Sometimes I have to stop what I'm doing and carve out a block of time to "work on my neck".

Using a muscle relaxant has helped me.

I also periodically check for tension in the neck and other areas throughout the day and release it.

I'm also exploring whether or not I could have TMJ in addition to TOS. Both can cause neck tension which could explain why I get so much of it.

Lightbulb I hv scoliosis n kyphosis.

Hv lots of problems with my neck n back. Recently I did a lot of stretching n seems to relief a lot of my discomfort. I can even play golf now.
