Question Burning sensation in the head

Has anyone experienced a burning ( like a blazing fire type heat) sensation inside their head???
My lasted for about 20 seconds while having a muggy headache.

I haven't had that, but I do get some oddball lumpy, bumpy tender spots happening under the skin of my scalp when I over do and start to tighten up. Then when the neck & shoulder tightness goes away , so does the scalp lumpiness...
Took me awhile to connect the dots, but it must be a myofascial connection...
