Sometimes I have muscles that are tense, but not necessarily painful. Sometimes I have trouble getting them to release. Right now it's my upper left trap.
Is anyone here using ultrasound for this problem? Any thoughts on doing so? You know what I'm looking for: I just want to zap tense muscles with something and have them release. ![]() Last edited by chroma; 10-06-2011 at 01:10 PM. Reason: fix spelling |
