The 100% RDA is the minimum needed for general health..

You need "therapeutic" doses for healing & max health. A high multi % of RDA.
B stress complex is what will help to stabilize your outlook.

MSM is so good for so many things, it used to be in the soil but it is depleted, it is a great thing for overall cell health.

[MSM, methylsulfonylmethane (METH-əl-sul-FON-il-METH-ane) provides sulfur, a vital building block of joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails, and methyl groups, which support many vital biochemical processes in the body, including energy production. MSM is a naturally-occurring nutrient found in small amounts of many foods. As a dietary supplement, MSM is synthesized. When made correctly, it is identical to that found in nature. MSM can be taken alone or in combination with other joint health supplements, such as glucosamine and chondroitin.]

I used to read up on all this stuff (vits/supps/homopathics) when the kids were little & I was a stay at home mom. long time ago LOL.
looked at it again when injuries started happening after I was back to work & then again when we got internet service...
*love not having to go to the library to get & then hold books to read them....*

mrsD posts often on our Vitamins, Nutrients, Herbs and Supplements forum - she is really up on all the newest info. That whole forum has good info, and more up to-date than I can give from memory.
