Default unilateral tos?

so i have prematurely, based on pt exercises, come to the conclusion that i really only have true tos on my left side.

my right shoulder blade is completely winged and falling over my armpit and totally messed up, so you would think my pain levels on that side would be worse but they are not. it's my stronger, left side. the shoulder wings on that side too but only medially, not laterally like the right. don't get me wrong tho, my right hand is worthless compared to my left but it's just dead. it doesn't hurt.

so WHY is this

is my left side holding up the right side of my body?

my s.a. muscle, the one i thought would keep my rib in place, is weaker on my side with less pain but i'm positive my left rib is way more pulled up

i have done stretches for my t-spine/shoulder area where you do one side at a time. my right side i dont even need to stretch anymore, left i do.

i am confused
