I know what you mean.
I'm eager to try something new but don't want any probs from it. I'm abit anxious about how deep the needles go in. I will definitely mention that my lymph node above the scar is up and I think my lymphatic system is abit sluggish post op..... hopefully she will totally avoid this area OR prehaps recommend something for it?
I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Good Morning, my husband is a firm believer of accupunture, myself I hate needles but somehow he and my PT talked me into trying! I lay on my tummy(do not want to see needles at all!) and he starts inserting the needles in the areas I have issues, around the cervical, thoraic and lower lumbar areas, I have been consistantly doing accupunture twice weekly and massage once weekly(along with Tens/Laser/Ultrasound/Exercises etc,)since June 2009 and I honestly have to say I feel the pain level goes to 7-8 by day 2 after treatment, my body just hurts to be firmly touched and find accupunture can irrate the nerve issues as well, but I continue my treatments with hopes of a miracle to be pain free one day, that's my dream and I'm stickin to it lol!
Have a great day all!
