Default trying to figure out what is wrong with me

i was in an accident in march 2010 where a 4x4inch 8 ft tall metal side to a window frame fell on my shoulder, in sept of this year i had surgery on my shoulder to "clean up" torn cardelidge (sp), "clean up" damaged tendons, remove my bursa, unimpinge a nerve and shave some born to allow freer movement with out the bursa. The surgey has fixed part of the issues but not all....my fingers still go numb, especially my thumb, it feels like someone is has tightened a clump between my thumb and index finger if i grip my hand too long, i almost always feels like i hit my funny bone and often feels like someone is pressing the inside of my elbow, there are times i wake up and have NO feeling at all in my hand (i usually get tingleing in a bout a half hour and full feeling with in an hour of waking up), the most painful thing i have is the constant downward pressure and sharp pain on my collar bone....i had an emg nerve test in which they said i passed ( when they did my other arm i jerked at the shock, when the did the injured arm i literally bounced off the bed)...in PT for the shoulder surgery they have had to adjust some exercises because of the tingeling in my hands...i have been round in circles with doctors and they all keep sending me back and forth...when ever i google my symptoms TOS comes up can anyone guide me, do these sympoms sound familar to anyone, any suggestions on where to go or what to do to figure out what is going on
sorry this is so long wanted to give as much info as possible
