UndulationBreak is "break reminder" software for Windows. If you're on Mac, or you want to compare other programs, you can search for "mac break reminder" for example. You could also get something like that for a smart phone or tablet to use in other places like the living room.

She has quite a few other vids about the Undulation exercises also.
The slow movements do look kind of funny though...I wouldn't want to do them in front of anyone LOL..
