Hi all!
To those of you who mainly have pain your forearms - i was wondering where your pain is located? I've taken a picture of my arm and circled in the area where i'm most sore and where i frequently have cramps etc. I have it the same place in both arms. I would be very thankfull, if you could please describe where your pain is precisely Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Mine was just all tight feeling inside and a weird vib/buzzing internally, no real specific spot like that.
I had spots of tenderness around the top & bottom of elbows and then pain at the wrist joint- but for me I think it was all due to excessive tension in the whole arm and up to neck & shoulder. mine did start out as a definite repetitive overuse injury- assembly work.

T1 and C4. But after I started self therapy, T1 declined. I still get C4 / front of shoulder.

I've hit everyone of those dermatomes at one point or the other. Currently, we have burning at C5-C6. What will tomorrow bring?
