I do experience itching inside my body, upper and lower on occassions.... I really do think that it is when I am more stressed that it happens, its like the body is overloaded with toxins and tension etc. Try everything possible to relax not only your body but your mind also, anything to help distract you from the sensations, hot baths, meditation, music a movie?.

when i irritated my bp my ribs caught on fire, it felt like someone was injecting toxins into my muscles all around my rib cage. lactic acid? i had 5 billion trigger points after that and they hurt moreso than your avg trigger points like needles
