Question Itching?

I woke up this morning with itching going down my entire right side—the arm that was bothering me more—from face to foot. What the...? Does anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped (and itchy).

Thanks for the reply. Is there anything you've found that helps to relieve it?

Is it a skin itch or some sort of internal muscle/fascia itch?

When my forearms were very tight, sometimes it felt like inside the muscles there was a current or buzzing and tension - I guess it wasn't itchy but I felt like I needed to rub and push deeply on my arm muscles to try to relieve that odd feeling.
But the skin itself feels normal and I don't feel the need to scratch it at all.

I've been lazy about stretching and such over the summer- which I feel better muscle wise then anyway, now that chilly & damp weather has arrived I am feeling the need to get back to it.

I now know when my forearms get tight it is also the neck/shoulders being involved too..everything in the chain starts to pull & I need to get it all relaxed again.

it feels just like your skin, but i'm guessing it's not for me..it's not

when my neck is extra crunchy the back of my head itches

back of my arms itch

its disgusting.

if youre hypermobile i think youre more prone to this (and nerve irritation in general)
