The central thesis of the book is that similar to how you brush your teeth for mere minutes every day as a preventative measure for dental problems, you should be doing the same with therapeutic movements for the preventation of musculoskeletal pain, headaches, etc. He has picked 6 movements to do for 30 seconds each, hence the "3 minutes".
Most of us TOSers are already on a daily program. Also, most TOSers here will recognize some or all of the exercises. But I still recommend the book. Why? I think Weisberg carefully picked the right 6 exercises that cover the whole body and also put the exercises in the correct order to complement each other. I'm on day 3 and already feeling positive results. I won't claim this as a TOS cure, but we don't have a TOS cure, do we? Instead, we try to stack up as many positive factors as we can to beat TOS back. And I'm not replacing my PT prescibed exercises with these. I'm adding these. They're only 3 mins after all. I think the 6 he picked are highly effective and form a balanced program. There's also a good 120 pages on anatomy, pain, etc. Again, given past research, many of you will find it familiar, but you may learn a few things here and there. I did.
