Default Safety of pentoxifylline 800 + tocopherol 1000ui

There were some reservations for the possible increased risks of tumor with systemic very long-term use of pentoxifylline 800 / tocopherol 1000 (to possibly reduce the fibrosis, or at least making it way more soft in scalenes) but it turns out finally that the risks are extremely low, if any. There are no suspected cases and the duration for us would be more like 2-3 years than 8 years. Yes i know, it is a weak treatment but it seem to work with time and patience.

In the studies tgf-b1 was totally abolished with the use of ciprofloxacin without more side effects.

an the list goes on and on.

Rats and mouse experiences show just a little increase in bening tumor with 19 times the maximal human dose (1200 a day x19) for 18 months.

And recent studies sugest that large amounth of tocopherol slighly increase risk of cancer prostate if taken without selenium or gamma tocopherol. We can fix it.

In addition others tgf-b1 inhibitor, know as ACEi actually decreases risks of cancer.

In conclusion it seems very safe, even in cancer patients, but given the fact that anti tgf-b1 therapy may be possible localy, it may be better to wait and see.

Maybe we can reduce scalene's fibrosis and make them more soft, in the safest way as possible.
