I was talking to my pain management doctor several months ago, and he mentioned something called the iPosture. It is a little disc about 1 inch across that vibrates gently if you slouch for more than 1 minute. My pain mgmt doc and his wife developed the iPosture. He is a neurologist specializing in pain managment, and his wife is also a doctor - specializing in physical rehabilitation. I believe that it is $65 - a little expensive, but I may break down and get one. Here is the link to the website and here is a little more about it.

See Shelley - great minds think alike
Dr. Schnapp is always looking for different ways to help solve problems, and I believe Mrs. Dr. Schnapp is an osteopath, but I could be wrong. I wonder if I could/should ask Mr. Dr. Schnapp for an "I know the inventor" discount.... ps. Shelley- give me back my ice cream before I tell Jo
