Good news is that I now have been referred for physio.... hopefully this will help me to gently stretch and strengthen the area????
Take it easy
cold weather does not help at all. I started active release technique which really hurt for a couple days then had some relief. I have another surgery on the 27th to repair torn labrum and remove cysts in shoulder. The doc said that should relieve some pain as well. I have been off work since April and if I can not return and take disability I will move south to warmer climate
