https://www.google.com/search?q=Gin+and+Raisins Apparently the juniper used to make gin as well as the raisins have anti-inflammatory compounds which some of the articles enumerated. Most of the articles were in the context of arthritis, but it seems that they could be useful for anyone desiring an anti-inflammatory. |

i am reading all of these "paleo" type food blogs. they make a big deal out of inflammation..
i dont think it'll CURE tos but i have a lot of other problems. i had ridiculous amounts of joint pain and dry eyes before my tos occurred i thik this was the eds and diet http://chriskresser.com/perfecthealth is an example. eat omega 3s!!!!!! http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/17/he...pagewanted=all Quote:
