my hands are numb all the time so i think my experiences are different than otherse but bp nerve glide=

major major flare that i shouldve gone to the hospital for

i dont do nerve glides myself bc i think my shoulder is too in the wrong spot and too tight pecs but my pt does them on me

i definitely wouldnt do any that involve turning your head until youre sure your muscles are in balance

Did them with my first P therapist and HATED THEM!!! WORST EVER!!!
The flare ups were so bad that it's put me off them forever. Toooooooo scared to feel that kind of pain again.

yeah the most i got out of nerve glides was sort of narrowing down where my nerves were impinged.

sort of.

they are good for people with less complicated issues than us tho
