Injured April 2005 doing yoga...susceptible from working with subpar ergonomics and 2 recent pregnancies.

Dr Mealer (orthopedic)-dxed me within a few months of injury and sent me to Dr. J.

Dr Jordan- Scalene block(s) and ultrasound for diagnosis, bilateral botox in scalenes, pecs, trapeizius and surrounding areas 2x was useful, but painful and relief only lasted a few weeks for me.
sooooo

Scheduling surgery right now, 90% sure I am going to go with Ahn, bilateral rib resection 4-6 weeks apart, at least,(we'll see how the first side goes) left side first starting in early May.

Good luck sorting it out.
and tell that 10 minute timer to take it's time

thanks for asking about surgeons.
some of them have websites if you are looking to see what kind of surgery they do.

beyond that - it would be of value to also ask:
- any related problems like prev. shoulder or neck surgeries...
- how long since surgery
- outcome of surgery and how you feel now.

it's such a tough decision to do surgery, what kind of surgery and with whom.
