well according to my iron panel..i am on my way to anemia

i am really low on ferritin and all of that so i'm going to start supplementing iron

the cbc only shows anemia at its final stages, so dont let docs tell you youre fine if youre having symptoms

i think this would exacerbate any tos/cold hands

so i tried strengthening after my flare up. bad idea

what i am suffering from is peripheral neuropathy but its mostly in my bp area. so i have to figure out whats causing that. im going to get tested for lyme just to be sure, i'm not getting the most reliable test bc i can't afford it but a better than avg test. can't remember the name

it's my lower bp that's messed up. must be. i can feel it in my armpit, down my tricep also wrapping around my shoulder

hey tossucks, do you know if being hypo would exacerbate peripheral neuropathy type sensations?

my muscles feel heavy and tight at the same time
