For any office/computer workers, is anyone here using a standing desk? If so, what are your experiences with it?
https://www.google.com/search?q=standing+desk You can rig one at home. You can also buy ones that will raise and lower (either through a motor or a pneumatic pump) so that you can have both sitting and standing time during work, which imo would be best. |

I personally haven't used one but several people in my office had a standing desk but after awhile converted back. I asked about a standing desk a few years ago when I had an ergo assessment and he said he felt it wouldn't be good for my situation.

I already ordered mine.
Rather than being fixed, it raises and lowers with a motor, and I plan to use both heights within the same day. 3rd party reviews were positive. It's called the GeekDesk. Unfortunately, they have a backlog, so I probably want have it for at least a month. |

id imagine this would be great for neck pain
if it werent for POTS id try it. right now im still doing the neck brace if i sit for too long thing, it makes a world of difference for me but for a person with more typical tos i bet it wouldnt work so well
