great ideas, i have AWFUL circulation tos or no tos and when i feel my best veins in my hands are bulging which i dont think is a coincidence

vit d but im sure you guys knew that

i am taking a small dose of iodine and selenium which indirectly could contribute to pain through thyroid
and bi-estro and a progesterone cream. i think i would benefit most from testosterone cream but i'm gonna hold off on that for now. they do not sell a bioidentical version otc. (i wont go into graphic details but the creams ARE legit)

i wouldnt take ANY OF THESE tho unless you have tested. i am just farting around with the idea that hormones affect pain levels.

this probably wouldve been more helpful if i listed all the supplements i took that didnt do crap

one supplement i wouldnt rec is zyflammend. you can take it for a few days but no more than that. it upset my stomach big time
