Default Chinese Therapy Balls
Has anyone ever tried these Chinese Therapy Balls that you roll around in your hands? I'm thinking about getting a pair to try. I've been having pretty good luck with the old school stuff.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z22-s__ZrhU
