What experiences, good and bad, have people with TOS had with using a mini-trampoline for exercise? aka "rebounder"

I have one , but don't use it regularly enough...
![]() I just got a cheap one to see if I actually will use it or not... I don't know if it would be good if someone is in a flare or having spasms, also if hymobile might depend on what degree. My plan was to use it for core toning and supposedly even very minimal bouncing stimulates lymph system and helps cells to detoxify. Had an old one years ago during the worst of my injury and it wasn't good for me then.
