i think for someone with full blown tos it would be too tight

well doc said that my xray looked normal and my trans process didnt look big, i still want a copy though. i need to see it.

You need to take Calcium for the Magnesium to absorb.

tossucks was yours REALLY big? what constitutes really big, do you know? did you pass your emg/ncv..blood flow tests?

Maybe I am confusded....did you mean a elongated C7 transverse processes, or actually enlarged? I had the first, not the latter. I have never heard of enlarged, but who knows?
And no cervical rib here.

It was not detected on any of the scans/x-rays I had, was not found until the surgeon got me open. I had severe compression on the Arteries and Veins. No amount of pt or stretching could fix it, but it was not an issue until I had an injury in the wearhouse at work.

I used to want to be a professional athlete. I believe my true talent was in football but my parents refused to allow me to play tackle (only flag) and even sent me to a private school with no football team. I played basketball but was never good or tall enough to go pro. I am now grateful that I was never able to play pro. This pain has changed my entire outlook on high injury risk sports. I still watch a lot of sports, but the injuries and near misses I see seem to amplify my own pain. This latest NFL scandal about coaches offering incentives to purposely injure opposing players sickens me.
