I tried something called "L-Carnitine" seen here:

While it is well reviewed there, I did not notice anything when taking it.

There is no "acetyl" in the title, so is this the same thing you are inquiring about? What effects were you hoping for?

I haven't found any normal supplements that have impacted my TOS. Only things like brandy and diazepam (not together as that can be dangerous).
