Default Can I walk back after some time?

I had surgery last Nov. 14, 2011. On my way to 5 months after the surgery. Been paralyzed half of my body. Every month there are changes my sensations are getting back little by little. My legs are doing an involuntary movements compared to my first month it's not even moving. I wanna know if is there a possibility that I may be able to walk again after some time?
