Yes, I used to have one in my office at work. They're super comfortable, but as I recall kind of expensive. I think it was from a store called Relax the Back or something like that.

thanks! ive seen some cheaper ones online, i will compare the two

standing desk is not an option for me, makes me too dizzy so this seems like a good idea

They're super comfortable, for I always had a hard time getting used to not having a chair back to lean on! Good luck with your search!

Wow, I'm sure those must be safe, but they look like an accident waiting to happen! A ball, on wheels, I don't think I'd be coordinated enough to sit in one without hurting myself.

With the kneeling chairs, I always had trouble standing up--my knees would catch on the chair every time I got up.
