Question TOS Specialist ????

Morning

I am suffering from TOS from a RSI from work for about 2 yrs now. I am having no luck in finding a DR. . Does anyone know of a Dr near the Phila/Delaware County area that will take Workers comp. I have been doing the TOS Shuffle for to long now and I just really need the right care. I have also been to John Hopkins. I loved the Dr there but Workers Comp will not allow me to go back there. I have True Neurogenic TOS with Pec Minor Syndrome , Scalene Dysfunction ' C6 Radiculopathy and CRPS . Any info will be greatly appreciated... Thanks n have a great day..

Peace n Love
Candie

Do you have a really good wc atty on your side?
Often they may know of good drs, or maybe they are good for the claim & proof side of things???

And if you happen to come across some expert PT places , stop in and ask them for names of good surgeons, they should know of some since they often see the pts after for rehab & therapy.

I know states have differing rules about wc & your own drs..
But maybe you can apply for special allowances due to the condition???

A few in the past with wc , went to the Denver TOS surgeons and billed wc later -but I don't know if those claims are settled or still in process..
Or maybe they got pre approval but had to have documented reasons for going to those specialists.
That is something to ask your atty about.
Now there are TOS specialists in many more states , but not all of them...

Have you looked in our Drs & PTs sticky thread, above the main TOS thread list?
