In my experience, any exercise that puts weight on my hands is too much for the nerves and muscles involved. For me even Down Dog (yoga ) is too much.Best to go to a PT with experience in TOS ,others just make it worse.
Dr. Ando Rocks! I sprained my calf muscle on sunday and he looked at it for me and did a little massage on it and they showed me how to use the crutches correctly, even gave me a missing part. After that did the regular rib and pec minor release. I cant say enough good things about them.
TOStrojan: Have you seen Ando yet?
