So I rode with my son from Cleveland to Cincinnati (4hr drive) so I could get away and my mind clear watching him play baseball. He stopped several times so I could get out of car and walk around. The four nights in a hotel and the ride there and back have taken a toll. We got back Sunday and I am still dealing with a flare, but any flare is worth it because of the time I spent with my son. I have two weeks and I will be doing it again for a tournament in Columbus (2hr drive). Thank goodness for the intelliskin shirt, because without it, I am sure it would have been worse. I am looking forward to my surgery scheduled July 18th and hoping for some relief.

Totally agree with you there. Car seats are not good and are not designed with posture in mind. I wish you luck with your surgery and also on your travels to see your son play.
I didn't know about the intelliskin shirt until your post so thank-you. They are not available in Australia but I may be able to find a way to get my hands on one.
