I had that..still do if a big shopping trip , but not a big shopper so don't have to do it very often..
sliding the clothes on over crowded racks esp with arms shoulder high really did do a number on me...

Now when I find something I like I just find it online & order it that way...

Shopping really causes a problem for me too. Pushing full racks or especially trying to look on racks that are over head. I usually take a friend and she helps me with those high racks. It is frustrating, but I have gotten used to her help over the years.

Wow, I am so refraining from making a joke about women and TOS right now.

We need to just need to let our wives/girlfriends shop...it's not worth wishing TOS on them!

I know most women love shopping but I hate it. I made the mistake of going grocery shopping by myself and driving myself there Big Mistake! Ever since then my TOS has not calmed down and my migraines returned. Shopping for clothes is even worse and I am shopping more online now because of it but the sizing is way off especially if made in asia.

i wonder why its worse for my neck looking down..not up?

i can use overhead racks and my arms feel really heavy and tired but my neck isn't bothered (which i figure is weak s.a.'s) . it's only looking down and using my arms..i think
