Lower rib, middle ribs and upper ribs. The entire rack of ribs had pain.

I have a few theories on this one, but most of the pain greatly improved with manual therapy and diaphragmatic breathing exercises to expand and get mobility to the area. Now and then, I'll get a rib that's stuck or has popped a bit. If I can't fix it with breathing, then my PT can get it back in function.

At my worse, it was hard to lie down to sleep as my lower ribs throbbed with a deep boring pain. Now, it's not a problem.

I get trigger points in the muscles between my ribs, they must be what they call "latent" TrPs since they only hurt if I press on them.
