My PT is doing rib mobilization as well. I was amazed at how much loosening my ribs improved the pain in my neck/shoulder. Plus I was completely unaware that I wasn't able to take full deep breaths...guess I just thought I was stressed. Feels good to breathe again! Just hoping eventually the affects trickle down into my arms/hands. My forearms/hands still get sore/numb. Hope it works out for you too!!

See if your pt can check your pec major/minor,teres minor/major and all muscles around your underarm . When mine started loosening up,my arm and hand symptoms disappeared. I also do stretching exercises every day and use a ball on a stick to press on the trigger points to loosen them up.
Good Luck!
