Default 2 weeks post op

Well I can say that I have noticed less tingling down my arm and my hand has not been cramping. I still have numbness and pain in the shoulder and neck. I will start PT on Monday. I have only been doing small arm circles and wall climbers with fingers. I now this will be a long journey but I look at this as a positive start. I know I still need surgery on my right side when this left side settles down.

Wall climbs are a good start...I started these about week 2 as well. I do them now with the karate belt for scapular mobilization. The years of TOS really screwed up my rotator cuffs, but my body seems to be waking up after 5 years of hibernation!
