Default Treating Neuro in LA County

Dr. Jordan is no longer accepting Medicare or private insurance. Only workers comp and cash pay.

Referrals for patients needed in LA area for pain management? Any recommendations? One patient needs a physician who performs botox injections.

I am in L.A. and a patient of Dr. Jordan. He has a student that he has trained at UCLA who he will send you to if you cant afford him. She also does botox injections She has taken over for Mitsey who posted on this site in the past. you can try to pm her. You can also call Dr. Jordans office and ask Anne for her name. I paid cash for the injections and then submitted them to my insurance but they only have covered 25-30%.

I also see Dr. Aufiero at Orthohealing- www.orthohealing.com/
but she does not do Botox injections. She does neural prolotherapy and Trigger pt injections. Also Dr. Charchian at Orthohealing does epidurals and facet blocks.

Also try Howard Rosner at the Cedars Sinai Pain Center. There are other Dr's there too-I think they must have someone that does botox. Please let me kow if you find out as Dr. J is also too expensive for me to continue indefinately. I would not repeat the botox because it didnt help and i had a bad reaction-but have considrering a BP nerve block or epidural with him and would consider seeing someone else to do it.

Also Dr. Williams at Kerlan Jobe who is in L.A. and Orange County will do Scalene blocks and Botox (I think) I did not have good communication with him, and didnt go with him for my injections but he did diagnose me and sent me for a bp mri. Kerlan Jobe took Blue Shield and I think are covered by most insurances.

good Luck, anyone who wants to know more can pm me.
