pushing on areas makes hands tingle
hi guys,
i noticed (and keep in mind i do not have scalene spasms) when i push on the back area on the side above my shoulder, i guess where my rib(??) upper trap or scalene??? are located, but its more on the back
i can make my fingers tingle like on command, the other night i did it once and then the next time i pushed the tingling went away but now its back to tingling again when i push
anyone else have a similar experience when you aren't spasming? i am going to pay attn, i am sure certain exercises i am doing are making that area more irritated.
