Default list and description of various TOS tests

Maybe I am missing it, but I think that it would be helpful for someone to list and describe each test utilized for diagnosis. It seems many of us have had some tests and not others. I have had EMG, MRI, CT, functional ultrasound as well as multiple physical exams.

Best TOS Testing Thread So Far

Often more testing is needed if there are other health or complicating factors involved, or a legal reason, or workers comp claim.

Some don't need all the tests listed and some may need duplicates of some tests, for proof or clarity.
