Default about physio therapy and the posture

I see a ( RPG ) which is a physio with more knowledge of the humain body. I am not sure what is the right word in english ( i am french ) but i think it is a Reedução Postural Global in Spanish!! and Rééducation Posturale Globale in english so RPG as well i guess. She the only one to make a differance with my pain and she spend lots of time with me on every session (50 to 70 minutes) so i feel like if she is really taking care of me and i am sure she do. Emphasis is all about do my exercises minimum twice a day so pretty much all about the disipline which is the hardest parts. She say, i do 20% of the work and the rest is up to you, if you do what i tell you to do or not. Pretty much all about basic posture exercises, no neck streches ( Neck streches makes me worst when i work with regular P.T) which is the way to go for me. She work from my feet to my head. And when i say from my feet she really work to it. Anyway if you have the chance to find one i think you shuld try it.
