On this site VascularWeb.org you can search for a vascular Dr in US, Canada and overseas, lists 6 in Australia Ozzy, if none of them are close maybe their office staff can help you find someone closer that's knowledgeable.

Also has page describing TOS sx, causes, dx, etc.
