Well I just returned from my neurologist for my MS and found I have a new active lesion on my brain in the area that causes muscles to tighten. I am sure this is not helping with the TOS. I can not get to neck muscles to loosen even with stretching every day. My doc is changing my meds, so hoping this will help.

I had my TOS surgery 21 years ago, and was never able to get my neck to loosen up until I started doing joint mobility 2 ½ years ago. Regular stretching just didn't work well for me. I still have a lot of work to do, but for me, it's been the best thing out there. Here's a link if you're interested.http://www.intu-flow.com/

I was told magnesium really helps with muscle function by my health store guy. It does not absorb well if you take calcium simultaneously. You have to wait a couple hours before taking your calcium.
