After about 2 months of PT (and still going to PT), my rib is starting to make a cracking sound during one of the stretches I do. This may mean it is starting to mobilize and perhaps start moving down!

yeah my rib cracks and moves, which i take as a good sign
still can hike up tho my sternum ALWAYS pops which i find troublesome

its hard to explain but if i move around a certain way or slouch really bad i can feel it move up, claustraphobic feeling
