i cant remember due to BRAIN FOG

have you guys experienced this?
its weird bc my t-spine is not hypomobile. i have full mobility and my ribs don't seem inflamed but they do crack a lot ![]() i am having lower back problems though, i wouldnt be surprised if i had an infllamed disc in my lumbar. also i used to crack my t-spine when i was growing up. it's still tempting to me.
