Well, i dont have a cracked rib-no evidence of fracture-so there goes that theory-i am slowly feeling a tiny bit better each day but not where I was.

It seems apparent now that the pressure on my back from the acupuncturist caused the rib(s) to move and is poking into my scalpula and pec minor. My PT is having a hard time getting them to move back-so months (7 with Dr. A) of PT and one wrong move by someone else can set you back again. The pressure on my pec minor is leading to numbess in my arm and hand again. A few minutes ago I sneezed and the pain in my scalpula was excruciating.

The good news is my nerve flares and muscle spasms are minimal. I have found finally a drug combo that is helping: 600 ml Ibuprofin and a Tramadol and they dont make me sleepy or groggy so I can drive and do normal things. Occaisionally i will take a flexeril at night , but havent noticed it helping much.

I go back to PT on Wed. and will try a massage there for the first time and then the chiro on Friday. Hopefully I will be feeling better enough by Thanksgiving to enjoy it.
