Default Pillow

Can anyone recommend a pillow for Thoracic Output Syndrome?

I can recommend a heating pad that is great. It gets really hot, but you can control the temperature. I love how hot it gets.

I have a really old pillow that's very thin. It works great for me. Any of the newer stuff I don't like. They're all too thick and puffy and I always wake up in pain.

Can you describe the pillow fill? Is it a kind of foam pillow , is it dense or light?
Any additional info might help. Please share. I did go to the website but couldn't figure what material it is made with.
I need to travel with my pillow. Thanks for posting. I have been searching for the right pillow forever.

Hi Billy--I dont have TOS but i had acdf surgery on neck and severe right shoulder problems ---I would say I bought every pillow under the sun my pillow.com-- on line, wedge pillows are stiff, memory foam, water pillow....my guess I spent over $600.00 (lol) desperate to get a good night sleep. It boiled down what worked best for me was two cheap extra soft thin pillows u can buy anywhere. Hope this helps before you spend alot of money like me trying!

Call them and they will tell you. Also there are often coupons or specials. It is supportive but light. There are different fill amounts. It goes by your body type.

I was interested in the My Pillow, but read some terrible reviews about it and also negative things about the customer service. I don't trust infommercials also.

But glad it worked for you. I am very picky about pillows.

I actually found their customer service to be great. I had a problem with a missing item and they fedexed me a new one immediately. I love the pillow and have given them as gifts.
