Default Lower rib pain

Little info I have both vascular and neurological. Type tos, I had a botched. Rib resection, doctor removed the wrong rib, ended up with rsd but ever since my surgery my lower floater and last rib hurt on the same side as my tos, is this normal or couldn't be caused by my winged scapula thanks for any ideas
